Aim for this brain shot when:
- you plan to take an afternoon nap;
- you want to quickly fill up with energy (see also the recipe for “ Low Energy Shot ”);
- you feel constantly exhausted;
- you wake up easily during sleep (see also the recipe for " Dream Shot ");
- you don't feel energized after waking up from sleep (you can drink a shot either after you wake up or before you go to sleep);
- you've had a busy day and want to recharge your batteries.
One healing technique is to drink this brain shot, get comfortable and close your eyes. Even if you don't sleep during this break, the shot will bring its benefits.
