Price for delivery
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depends on the weight of the shipment.
Shipping times
International delivery time is about 5 days from the date of shipment.
Orders placed after 12:00 are fulfilled on the next working day.
Delivery terms
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If there is a problem with your contact details or the availability of any of the products ordered, you can expect a call from one of our representatives. You can then add additional products or replace some of them.

Order Modification or Cancellation Before Shipment
The Customer may request a modification or cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting the Supplier at info@prirodnik.com or by calling +359 2 400 56 56.
Where the request for modification or cancellation is received before the order has been handed over to the courier, the Supplier will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. If an unshipped order is successfully cancelled, the Customer will not be charged any delivery costs.
If, at the time the request is received, the order has already been handed over to the courier or is in the process of delivery, modification of the order is no longer possible. In such case, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the section “Right of Withdrawal”, and delivery and return costs may apply in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If the Customer refuses delivery of a shipped order or fails to collect the shipment, the Customer shall bear the costs of the outbound delivery and the return of the shipment to the Supplier at:
