Brain detox tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut water ;
- 1 tsp Vimergy® spirulina powder ;
- 1 tsp Vimergy® barley grass juice powder ;
- 2 tsp pure wild blueberry juice or 2 tsp. Vimergy® wild blueberry powder ;
- 1 dropper organic lemon balm, non-alcoholic Vimergy® extract .
Supplement for after the main part of the tonic:
- 1 glass of pure coconut water - to drink 15 minutes after the main part of the tonic.
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except for the extra cup of pure coconut water , which is for after the tonic.
15 minutes after drinking the brain detox tonic, drink the additional glass of pure coconut water .
Advices:
Avoid coconut water that is pink or red – that means it's spoiled and rancid. Also avoid coconut water with added flavors.
