If you don’t like eating salads but want to continue to consume important cleansing and healing foods, Liver Aid Soup is a fantastic healing alternative to Liver Aid Salad . This raw cream soup is also a great choice for anyone who has difficulty chewing, has little time to eat, or suffers from sensitive digestion.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced;
- 2 stalks of celery;
- 1/4 tsp. compactly picked fresh coriander;

- 4 cups leafy greens (spinach, arugula, lettuce, etc.), loosely packed;
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon, lime or orange juice;
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped;
- 1 to 2 dates or 1 to 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional);
- 1/2 cup water.
Method of preparation:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

TIP:
If the Liver Helper soup is not to your taste, emphasize mild-flavored leafy greens, such as spinach, instead of stronger-flavored leafy greens, such as arugula and kale.
