Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh sage (about 30 leaves);
- 1/2 cup compactly harvested sunflower sprouts;
- 1/4 cup compactly harvested wheatgrass, (or 2 teaspoons thawed wheatgrass juice);
- 1/2 small garlic clove (optional);
- 1/2 to 1 orange or 1 to 2 tangerines, peeled.
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Stir in thawed wheatgrass juice if using this option.
Pour into a glass and serve.
