Description
Sesame is a widespread spice in cooking. It is most often used as an addition to pastries or desserts. Sesame is rich in many minerals - calcium, iron, magnesium and copper. Also omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are good for hair, skin, and the circulatory system.
How to use: can be eaten ground, tahini or as an addition to pastries, desserts and salads.
