Description
Basmati rice is characteristic of the Asian continent and is most often used in Arabic cuisine. This type of rice is characterized by more elongated and elongated grains compared to the traditional pearl rice, which is popular in Bulgaria. In addition, basmati has a characteristic aroma, does not stick together during cooking, is light in taste and is prepared more easily and quickly. It is rich in slow carbohydrates and B vitamins.
Method of use: basmati rice must be washed several times before cooking. After it is washed, it is boiled for about 15 minutes.
Storage: at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
