Description
The inner soft part of coconuts from proven organic farming is dried and ground, thus obtaining this natural coconut flour. It is a great alternative to your diet, especially if you are on a low-carb diet, gluten-free diets and so on. A great substitute for standard wheat and cereal flours, but with a much lower carbohydrate content, but full of fiber and protein.
How to use: Added to the composition of other flours to improve their structure. Can be used to thicken sauces. As an addition to pastries, soups, shakes, etc.
Storage: at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
