Description
Dried figs have a concentrated content of vitamins B and K. They are a great source of fiber and unlike other sweet fruits (such as dates) do not contain as much sugar.
RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable addition to desserts, muesli, raw candies and pastries. To soften them more easily, soak them in hot water beforehand.
STORAGE: In a dry and cool place at room temperature.
