How to make a medicinal broth for the thyroid gland?

Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley;
- 4 sprigs of thyme;
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced;
- 2 stalks of celery, diced;
- 2 onions, cut into cubes;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 1 cm piece of turmeric root, ground;
- 1 cm piece of ginger root, minced;
- 2 tbsp. Atlantic Dulce Flakes;
- 1 tbsp. kelp powder;
- 8 glasses of water.
Method of preparation:
Put the sweet potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, turmeric, parsley, thyme sprigs, dulse flakes, and kelp powder in a large pot with the water. Bring the broth to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Boil the broth for one hour. Strain and enjoy a healing, restorative broth that can be drunk throughout the day.
Advices:
This recipe can also be used as a thick vegetable soup, leaving the vegetables in the broth.
You can also make a vegetable puree from this recipe. Use a blender to puree the vegetables until smooth, or transfer them in small portions to a high-speed blender . Don't forget to leave an opening for the steam to escape through the top of the blender!
