Popsicles with elderberry syrup
Ingredients:
- 50 ml. elderberry syrup
- 1 cup fresh orange juice or coconut water
Method of preparation:
Whisk the syrup and orange juice or coconut water together in a bowl. Pour into ice cream molds and place in the freezer overnight.
Portion for 4-6 people.
