Aim for this shot if:
- are an avid outdoor runner or walker on public streets, parks or trails;
- spending some time at the beach or sitting outside at gatherings and spotting chemtrails in the sky at the same time;
- spend time outdoors during holidays when the weather is nice (chemtrails increase purposefully during holidays such as Easter and national holidays);
- spend time swimming in the ocean, lakes, rivers or reservoirs;
- sleep with the windows open at night;
- get caught in the rain or otherwise get a significant amount of rainwater on your head or skin.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 1 tsp. pure wild blueberry juice or 1 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
- 1/4 cup finely chopped kale;
- 1/4 lemon, peeled;
- 1/2 cup compactly picked fresh cilantro;
- 1/4 cup of compactly harvested chives;
- 2 pcs. raw Brussels sprouts;
- 2 pcs. raw medium asparagus (1/4 cup chopped);

1/2 stalk celery.
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder , add and mix after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.

- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder, you can substitute blackberries. Although a high-antioxidant alternative, blackberries don't have the power to match the way wild blueberries protect cells from metals, chemicals, radiation and other toxins
