Continuation of the article Herpes zoster – the real cause of a number of diseases (part 1) , in which we will consider the following topics:
Shingles without rash
This fact is completely unknown to medical circles, but there are eight strains of herpes zoster that do not usually manifest with rashes.
In the first part of the article, we explained how the rashes in the first seven strains are the result of a toxin or neurotoxin-dermatotoxin produced by the virus that spreads outward into the peripheral nerves and skin.
The eight strains that don't cause rashes also produce a neurotoxin. In these cases, the venom usually doesn't contain a dermatotoxin component, which travels outward into small peripheral nerves and the skin. Instead, the neurotoxin produced by the non-aggressive strains travels inward to major nerves that are already inflamed by the virus, but the neurotoxin inflames them even more, putting more strain on the immune system. (Note that these types of shingles can also produce some dermatotoxin, which can sometimes cause very mild, mysterious rashes.)
If you are a carrier of any of these eight strains, you will experience much more severe pain in your injured nerves than the rash caused by other strains. You will also experience these symptoms without any outward signs that would tell your doctor that you have shingles. As a result, if your doctor is not familiar with the Medium Healer's information, she or he may have no idea that your symptoms are related to shingles and may instead recommend a series of tests that are more based on the principle of divination.
For example, your doctor may suspect that you have an immune system that has mistaken a part of your body for an invader and is attacking it. As a treatment, your doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants or steroids to blunt the attack. In this case, however, as we have repeatedly pointed out, your immune system is not only completely innocent, but is also your main defense mechanism against the real threat. Therefore, drugs that weaken it allow the virus to reproduce and strengthen.
It gets even worse if your doctor decides that you have Lyme disease and that you are being attacked by a bacteria and prescribes antibiotics. This will do double the damage to your health because antibiotics weaken your immune system and at the same time strengthen the herpes zoster virus. When nerves are inflamed by shingles, some antibiotics can have an abrasive effect, leading to a slightly more intense inflammation of the nerves. Your doctor may say that this is "killing" the Lyme bacteria, but in fact it is the nerves that are inflamed by shingles.
To prevent such an unfortunate occurrence, learn the characteristics of these eight varieties of shingles that do not manifest with rashes.
Neuralgic herpes zoster (also known as diabetic neuropathy)
Herpes zoster, which primarily affects the lower extremities, causing nerve pain, numbness, and/or burning in the legs and feet, is often called diabetic neuropathy and is mistakenly considered a complication of diabetes. This is a huge myth in modern medicine that needs to be debunked. Unless there is obvious damage or obstruction to the nerves, the sensations a patient is experiencing are not neuropathy, which doctors say means that the nerves in a particular area have died. Rather, the nerves are inflamed, creating neuralgia.
The truth is, there is no connection between diabetes and what is called diabetic neuropathy. (In fact, this type of shingles is more common in non-diabetic patients than in diabetic patients.) However, doctors have no idea that they are dealing with two separate problems, so they either do nothing or try to treat the neuralgic problem with more drugs – which makes the virus stronger.
Shingles, accompanied by infuriating itching
This strain causes a constant itch in various places that cannot be relieved by scratching. This is because the virus irritates nerves that are too deep under the skin to be reached with your fingers. The itch is not accompanied by a burning pain and therefore is not particularly painful, but the fact that it is constantly moving and you can not relieve it in any way can drive you crazy. If the virus is reinforced by a weak immune system and/or by triggers, the itching becomes so intense that it will not let you sleep, go to work and generally lead a normal life.
Vaginal herpes zoster
This virus only affects women. It burrows deep into the inner walls of the vagina and inflames the nerves there. It also travels inside the bladder and rectum to wreak further havoc, creating a painful, burning itch.
If the doctor doesn't dismiss it as "it's all in your head" because they can't find the cause, they will usually misdiagnose it again as a hormonal imbalance and prescribe hormones to treat it. Since shingles feeds on hormones, sometimes this can make it worse. Many women do suffer from this variety, but until now the medical industry has turned a blind eye to it.
Colic herpes zoster
What the medical community doesn't know is that this virus is responsible for almost all cases of colitis , a condition that causes severe inflammation and bleeding in the lining of the large intestine. Symptoms of colitis include intestinal pain, blood in the stool, fatigue, and weight loss.
Colitis has always been a mysterious disease and will continue to be so until medical research reveals that it is a form of herpes zoster. No one knows that yet! Society is again three or four decades away from knowing the truth.
Medical research and science believe that colitis is an autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks the lining of the colon, causing inflammation. This belief explains why doctors typically try to treat colitis with immune-suppressing drugs or, worse yet, antibiotics that make the virus stronger. Steroids can bring about remission of colitis, but because the drugs do not target the shingles itself, the remission is usually not permanent.
Shingles with burning pain in the hands and feet
This strain of the virus causes a burning pain in the hands and feet. Unlike the strains that cause rashes on the hands and feet, the nerve inflammation and burning pain in this strain occur deep beneath the surface of the skin and therefore cannot be localized or relieved.
And since no rash appears to indicate the presence of the herpes zoster virus, doctors are likely to prescribe inappropriate medications that significantly worsen the situation.
Oral herpes zoster, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ) and Bell's palsy
This strain affects the gums and/or jaw area. It is also responsible for Bell’s palsy (a viral inflammation of the facial nerve) and temporomandibular joint syndrome (a result of inflammation of the trigeminal nerve and pain). It is often mistaken for a dental problem, leading to unnecessary root canal cleaning. Not only does dental work not help, but the medications involved weaken the immune system, allowing the virus to thrive. And so the torment can continue for years.
Shingles and frozen shoulder syndrome
This virus worsens the condition of the nerves in the shoulder, causing numbness that can last from a month to a whole year.
This condition is often misdiagnosed as infectious bursitis and treated with antibiotics... which only makes the virus stronger. Sometimes unnecessary surgeries are even performed because doctors have no idea that the condition is caused by shingles.
Shingles, causing the feeling that your body is burning
This virus causes every part of your body to feel a relentless burning sensation at the same time. It works by finding a central location in the ganglia deep within the nervous system and releasing its neurotoxin, which spreads throughout the body and inflames nerves everywhere. Needless to say, it creates great anxiety and fear... and these challenging emotions can prompt the adrenal glands to produce copious amounts of intense adrenal hormones that can fuel the virus and make it even stronger.
This is a truly horrible strain that is fortunately relatively rare. Keep in mind that the body always has the ability to heal itself - even from this unusual strain. Hundreds of people over the years have healed from this condition with the right tools. There are also milder versions of this strain that can heal more quickly.
Treatment of shingles
All types of shingles are painful and stressful experiences. Whether you have the type that causes a rash or not, they can drive you crazy.
Fortunately, there are simple but effective Healer Medium protocols for this condition. The goal is to return the virus to a dormant state, destroy as much of it as possible, or kill it completely - rendering it virtually harmless.
The length of this process depends on a number of factors – how long the virus has been in your body, whether you are in a toxic environment and whether you live a healthy lifestyle (for example, do you consume eggs, dairy products and gluten?). In addition, lifelong medications can make your liver sluggish and sluggish, which can lead to nutritional deficiencies because it cannot function optimally. The recovery time for shingles also depends on whether your immune system is being used to fight other viruses, such as Epstein-Barr virus , herpes simplex 1 or cytomegalovirus , or streptococci or other forms of bacteria. People who live with symptoms of the herpes zoster virus often experience additional symptoms from EBV . This can mean that it will take longer for your immune system to recover.
Everyone is different in what they face. While it may take some time to customize your protocol using the tools in The Healer Medium’s information, you have all the information you need to do so. And remember, the results are in. Countless people have already healed themselves from shingles using The Healer Medium’s books . This information has already been proven. If you work with these protocols, you have the opportunity to go as far as you need to and overcome the challenge of shingles symptoms. You can find more helpful guidance by reading the full revised and expanded edition of The Healer Medium book .
Exacerbation and symptoms after shingles
As you go through the healing process, keep in mind that you may still have symptoms after shingles, which may last for a while. This is because the nerves may need time to heal from the neurotoxin and dermatotoxin produced by this virus. So, after you've fought off an infection or flare-up of shingles, these residual neurological symptoms are not surprising. They just take longer to subside.
Also, keep in mind that even after you've recovered from shingles, it's crucial to stay proactive about your antiviral measures. If you don't continue to be proactive after you've recovered from one case of shingles, you may still be susceptible to recurring outbreaks of this strain of the virus, or you may even contract an entirely new strain of shingles. Keep that in mind and continue to take care of yourself.
Medicinal foods
Certain fruits, leafy greens, herbs, wild foods, and vegetables can greatly aid the body in treating shingles with or without a rash. One reason is that not only will these certain foods not feed the shingles virus, but they also have antiviral and antibacterial properties that can repel, weaken, and even kill the virus cells. They attack different strains of the virus, help the body recover from the damage caused by the neurotoxin, support the immune system, heal and strengthen nerves, soothe inflamed skin, and cleanse the body of toxins. Ideal foods to focus on are blueberries, garlic, ginger, celery, coriander, sprouts, tomatoes, papaya, red apples, potatoes, artichokes, bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach, asparagus, lettuce (with dark green and/or red leaves), green beans, kiwi, red pitaya (dragon fruit), and rosemary. Include as many of these foods in your diet as possible.
Also, try to avoid the foods in Chapter 19, "What Not to Eat," from the revised and expanded edition of The Medium Healer . When you are struggling with a symptom or condition caused by shingles, it is extremely important to begin the process of eliminating at least one or two of the foods that feed the virus. If you need to go even further in your healing, try to acclimate yourself to eliminating all foods that feed the virus.
