Why vinegar is a troublemaker food

Why vinegar is a troublemaker food

Vinegar dehydrates the body at a very deep organ level, and when we cleanse, we should not allow ourselves to become dehydrated. Vinegar keeps the poisons in the organs and not so that it can then expel them from our body. Toxins dehydrate us because they need an abundance of water to dilute and eventually wash out of our cells so they can safely leave our organs without harming us. Instead of helping to flush out these toxins, vinegar allows toxins to enter our cells and organs because it sucks the water out of the cells, driving the poisons and toxins even deeper.

Imagine a jar of cucumbers in a solution of water and vinegar. If there are traces of fluoride, lead, arsenic, pesticides or other chemical poison in the water, the vinegar will bind to the toxins, driving them deep into the cucumbers. This is how vinegar works. Well, there is water in our blood too. Toxins also float in it, and it's good that water is there, because normally it has to carry the toxins with it and wash them away. When we consume vinegar, however, we suddenly find ourselves in a jar of pickles, and our organs are the pickles. The vinegar begins to separate the toxins in our blood from the water stuck to them. This allows toxins to get buried in the organs, glands and connective tissue, which works exactly against what you are trying to achieve during the cleanse. Vinegar also sucks water out of our cells, depriving us of deep hydration reserves in organs like the liver.

Apple cider vinegar is no exception. Yes, it is more beneficial than other types because it is produced from apples that are rich in nutrients. It is not that much more nutritious than red wine or grape vinegar - grapes contain nutrients just like apples. However, all of these fruits are in fermented form, and we cannot escape the truth that regardless of the source, vinegar dehydrates the body on a deep, systemic level, causing problems by trapping poisons in the body as we try to get rid of them.
