In every protocol with recommended nutritional supplements by Anthony William that you will come across, you will also find a recommended amount of freshly squeezed celery juice . As you can read in the book “Celery Juice” (not yet translated into Bulgarian), this juice is a powerful healing agent that enhances the effect of every right step you take for your health. That is why it is included in every cleanse described in the book “Cleanse for Health” .
The following guidelines for celery juice always apply:
- Freshly squeezed, pure, unadulterated, celery juice only. No added ice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, collagen, or other ingredients. While blended green juices can also be beneficial, they are no substitute for pure celery juice.
- Juice means juice. Drinking blended celery without straining the pulp does not provide the same benefits.
- Fresh means fresh. A powdered celery drink (diluted with water) will not give the desired effect, nor will pasteurized or high-pressure processed (HPP) celery juice. Any type of juicer is suitable for making celery juice, and you can also buy it freshly squeezed from a fresh bar. For best results, drink it immediately after making it. If you can’t drink it right away, for example if you have a second dose during the day, store the juice tightly closed in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. After that, it loses its potency.
- Drink celery juice on an empty stomach. If you have previously drunk water or lemon water, wait at least 15-20 minutes, and preferably 30 minutes, before drinking celery juice. After drinking it, wait at least 15-20 minutes, and preferably 30 minutes, before consuming any other food or drink.
- If you drink celery juice later in the day, give your stomach enough time to process your last meal. If your last meal was high in fat or protein, it’s best to wait at least two hours, ideally three hours, before drinking celery juice. If your last meal was something lighter—fruit, vegetables, potatoes, or a fruit smoothie—you can drink celery juice about 60 minutes later.
- If you are taking prescription medications, you can take them before or after celery juice, depending on whether they should be taken on an empty stomach or with food. (Note that drinking celery juice does not count as a meal.) If you take your medication first, try to wait at least 15-20 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, before drinking the juice. If you drink the juice first, wait at least 15-20 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, before taking your medication. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to your doctor.
- As for the other supplements in the Healer Medium protocols, do not take them with celery juice . While supplements will not harm the juice, celery juice itself is best taken on its own. It is best to wait at least 15-20 minutes, ideally 30 minutes after drinking the juice, before taking any other supplements.
