This healing tonic is designed to support the brain in times of stress by providing a quick influx of glucose and electrolytes.
Cucumbers help remove neurotoxins and dermatoxins from the blood.
Celery stalk juice contains a complete complex of electrolytes that nourish the brain.
Apples help fight bacteria, yeasts, molds, other types of fungi, and viruses.
Wild blueberries help restore the central nervous system during and after exposure to toxins and assist in the removal of viral neurotoxins from the body.
Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers;
6 celery stalks;
2 medium apples;
1 cup fresh or thawed wild blueberries, or 30 ml pure wild blueberry juice, or 1 tbsp wild blueberry powder.
Preparation:
Pass the cucumbers, celery, and apples through a juicer.
Pour the resulting juice into a blender and add the wild blueberries in the form you have available. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or strain if desired.
Tip:
If you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder, you can use blackberries. Although rich in antioxidants, they do not possess the same ability as wild blueberries to protect cells from heavy metals, chemicals, radiation, and other toxins.
