These fun ice cream lollipops are an easy way to incorporate Healer Medium's heavy metal detox foods into your child's (or your) diet. If you choose, you can double or triple the quantities for this recipe to have many more lollipops ready.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tsp. frozen or fresh wild blueberries, or 250 ml. pure wild blueberry juice;
- 1/2 tsp. diced mango (optional);
- 1 tsp loosely picked fresh coriander;
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed orange juice;
- 1 tsp barley grass juice powder ;
- 1 tsp spirulina ;
- 1 tbsp. Atlantic Dulce or 2 droppers of non-alcoholic Atlantic Dulce extract ;
- 2-3 tbsp. raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional).
Method of preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more raw honey or pure maple syrup .
Pour the mixture into lollipop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Remove the lollipops from the molds and enjoy.
Advices:
- This recipe does not use the full amount of the five foods in the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie that are best for removing heavy metals. If you're an adult, it's important to include enough of the five heavy metal detox foods listed in the Advanced Heavy Metal Detox Smoothies recipe.
- These lollipops taste great with or without mango. The mango gives the lollipops more creaminess, although the orange juice flavor stands out more without the mango. Try this recipe both ways to find which version is your family's favorite.
- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to any form of wild blueberries, you can substitute blackberries, although they don't scavenge heavy metals as well.
Portion for 8 lollipops.
