Try this shot when:
- you feel like you're missing something, but you don't know what it is;
- feeling lost or out of place;
- you feel sad;
- you never feel satisfied;
- you feel that you are not living the life you were meant to live or that you are not fulfilling your destiny;
- you feel as if you have lost your free will or want to gain access to it;
- you feel unproductive;
- you don't know where your life is going;
- you have lost the meaning of everything you do.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh or thawed blackberries;
- 1/4 cup fresh or thawed raspberries;
- 1/4 cup fresh or thawed strawberries;
- 1 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 1 tsp. wild blueberry juice or 1 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
- 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh parsley.
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder , add them last after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
ADVICE:
- If you choose fresh strawberries for this recipe, remove the green leaves before using. Although the green leaves of strawberries are edible, they may contain bacteria from the industrial irrigation water that has gotten between the strawberries and the leaves. Therefore, it is recommended to remove the green leaves of the strawberries completely.
- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder , you can add three or four more blackberries to the 1/4 cup called for in the recipe.
