Medical Medium Advanced Extractor Smoothie
• 4 min. read
The Advanced Smoothie Extractor works faster than the regular one, and captures additional chemicals that the regular one might not. As we already know, the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie has the responsibility to remove toxins other than toxic heavy metals, and the Advanced Extraction Smoothie's ability to remove these other chemical toxins from the brain and body gives the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie the freedom to access the metals and remove them more quickly and easily.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, sliced;
- 1 tsp frozen or fresh wild blueberries, or 30 ml. pure wild blueberry juice, or 1 tbsp. wild blueberries powder ;
- 1 tsp fresh or frozen mango or 1 fresh or frozen banana;
- 1 tsp compactly collected fresh parsley;
- 1 radish;
- 2 tsp loosely harvested radish leaves, coarsely chopped;
- 2 tsp mustard seed powder;
- 1 tsp water, coconut water , freshly squeezed apple juice or bottled, 100% natural apple juice from organic products and without additives.
Method of preparation:
Blend the ingredients until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency, add up to 1 tsp. water, coconut water , freshly squeezed apple juice or bottled, 100% natural apple juice from organic products and without additives. Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- If possible, choose red-skinned apples, as they contain the most nutrients.
- Mango is the first choice for this smoothie. If you can't get fresh or frozen mangoes, a banana is a great substitute.
- If you don't like the taste of this smoothie, you can add an extra tsp. fresh or frozen mango or additional fresh or frozen banana to make it sweeter.
- You can use any kind of radish - red, black or purple. Avoid using daikon radishes.
- For best results, look for fresh green radish leaves that have not wilted or turned yellow. If you can't find radish greens, the next best choice is mustard greens. While they won't perform the same function as radish greens, they will still offer many benefits.
- If you use coconut water in this smoothie, make sure the coconut water is free of natural flavors and is not pink or red.
- If you use bottled, pasteurized apple juice, look for one that contains 100% organic apple juice without any other additives such as sugar, citric acid or preservatives.
- If you have difficulty with the taste of mustard seed, you have the option of halving the amount, down to 1 tsp. or even less if desired, with the goal of reaching the recommended dose of 2 tsp over time.
- If you have difficulty with the taste of parsley, you can cut the amount of parsley in half, down to 1/2 tsp, aiming to reach the recommended dose of 1 tsp over time.
- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder , you can substitute blackberries. Although a high-antioxidant alternative, blackberries don't have the power to match the way wild blueberries protect cells from heavy metals, chemicals, radiation and other toxins.
- If you can't get apples, you can use ripe pears for this recipe. If you don't have access to apples or pears, look for oranges as a substitute. If you can't find oranges, look for papayas. If you can't get hold of papaya, look for bananas. And if you can't get bananas, you can use mangoes instead of apples or pears.
