"HELP FOR THE BLACK LUNG" SMOOTHIE

Смути "Помощ за черния дроб"

The Liver Help Smoothie is a key recipe from Anthony William's book of the same name, as it offers powerful healing support for the liver, making it beneficial for all kinds of chronic conditions and symptoms. It is also a basic recipe in the 3:6:9 liver cleanse, included in "Help for the Liver" .

The first smoothie option below is a quick, simple, antioxidant-rich tonic to add to your life for deep liver healing. The second version of the smoothie is a light, pleasant alternative that combines greens and fruits. If you haven't thought about adding sprouts to your smoothie before, now is the perfect time to give it a try. They're powerful and mellow, and pair perfectly in this smooth, tropical treat.

In Liver Help, Anthony William shares how each of the ingredients in this smoothie can help you and your loved ones in your healing process. Let's take a look at each of the star ingredients…

Pitaya (also called dragon fruit): The red pigment in the red variety of pitaya is rejuvenating for the liver, bringing cells back to life. It helps the liver to produce cells faster so that its regeneration can take place. It is a fountain of youth fruit for the liver that slows down and stops the aging of the liver by taking care of its deep, inner core, which in most cases succumbs to diseases if neglected for too long. Look for packages of frozen red pitaya at grocery stores or online, and you may also find it fresh in your area. If you don't have access to either option, look for pure pitaya powder.

Wild blueberries: contain dozens of undiscovered antioxidants, including anthocyanin varieties. There is more than just one pigment inside the wild blueberry; there are dozens of pigments that have not yet been researched or studied. The wild blueberry is to the liver as mother's milk is to the baby. Wild blueberries not only have the ability to intercept many problems, but also hold them as they leave the liver in a way that most other healing foods cannot. The pigments in wild blueberries have the ability to saturate deep within the liver cells and pass through the cell walls and membranes inside the liver, spreading its blue throughout. Wild blueberries strengthen the intestinal tract by nourishing the good bacteria there, which is of great benefit to the liver. Look for packages of frozen wild blueberries in grocery stores or online, and you may also find them fresh in your area. If neither option is available, look to Vimergy® Pure Wild Blueberry Powder , which is recommended by Anthony William.
