ADRENAL STABILIZATION SHOT

ADRENAL STABILIZATION SHOT

Take this shot when:

  • stress dominates your life and you have no opportunity to rest or respite from anything you face;
  • there is continuous, chronic stress (see also the recipe for "Shot for emotional problems" );
  • experience involuntary reactions when receiving any news or information from different people and sources;
  • you are experiencing some type of post-traumatic stress disorder;
  • you feel weightless, like on a roller coaster and have lost control of your life;
  • you are addicted to activities that increase adrenaline or emotional dramas;
  • you use sex as an escape from your problems;
  • you live on adrenaline without realizing it, for example with intermittent fasting and/or caffeine use.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
  • 1 small clove of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 2 tsp. wild blueberry juice or 2 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled;
  • 1 cup of compactly collected fresh parsley;
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped kale;
  • 1 cup chopped watermelon rind (optional).

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder , add them last after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots.

ADVICE:

  • If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder , you can substitute blackberries. Although a high-antioxidant alternative, blackberries don't have the power to match the way wild blueberries protect cells from heavy metals, chemicals, radiation and other toxins.
