Take this shot when:
- stress dominates your life and you have no opportunity to rest or respite from anything you face;
- there is continuous, chronic stress (see also the recipe for "Shot for emotional problems" );
- experience involuntary reactions when receiving any news or information from different people and sources;
- you are experiencing some type of post-traumatic stress disorder;
- you feel weightless, like on a roller coaster and have lost control of your life;
- you are addicted to activities that increase adrenaline or emotional dramas;
- you use sex as an escape from your problems;
- you live on adrenaline without realizing it, for example with intermittent fasting and/or caffeine use.
Ingredients:
- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
- 1 small clove of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 2 tsp. wild blueberry juice or 2 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
- 1/2 lemon, peeled;
- 1 cup of compactly collected fresh parsley;
- 1/2 cup finely chopped kale;
- 1 cup chopped watermelon rind (optional).
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder , add them last after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
ADVICE:
- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder , you can substitute blackberries. Although a high-antioxidant alternative, blackberries don't have the power to match the way wild blueberries protect cells from heavy metals, chemicals, radiation and other toxins.
