DREAM SHOT

This shot can be taken at any time of the day or evening. If you want to drink it before a nap or before bed, you can make a shot earlier in the day and keep it in the fridge until you're ready. You can use it when:

  • you want to use your dreams as a portal to understanding your soul and its past;
  • it is difficult for you to dream and you want to dream;
  • your dreams are disturbing, very stressful or even frightening;
  • you want to better understand the meaning of your dreams and gain a better insight into them;
  • your dreams usually wake you up;
  • you are afraid to sleep;
  • you try to reach others through your dreams;
  • you try to enter other people's dreams;
  • not getting enough sleep - this shot can help you heal through your dream process for the short amount of sleep you do get.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
  • 1/2 cup fresh or thawed mango;
  • 1/2 cup fresh or thawed pitted cherries;
  • 1/2 cup chopped raw zucchini;
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
