- you feel that you need to take control of your life and overcome the urge to harm yourself;
- you need to free yourself so that your true self can shine through and benefit you and those around you.
Ingredients:
- 1 cm piece of fresh turmeric;
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled kiwi fruit;
- 1 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 1 tsp. wild blueberry juice or 1 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
- 1/4 cup chopped portobello mushrooms*;
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped kale;
- 1/2 cup compactly picked fresh parsley;
- 1/2 stalk celery.
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder , add and mix after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.
* Before slicing the portobello mushrooms, wash and rinse well with warm or hot water. Do not use sticky or rotting mushrooms. This is a sign that the sponge is oxidizing and aging.
Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
ADVICES:
- If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to wild blueberries, you can substitute blackberries. Although a high-antioxidant alternative, blackberries don't have the power to match the way wild blueberries protect cells from toxins.
