Why caffeine is a troublemaker food

Why caffeine is a troublemaker food

Caffeine has two effects that are contraindicated during a cleanse. First, it dehydrates the body, which is characteristic of all problem foods. Second, it stimulates the adrenal glands to pump unnecessary amounts of adrenaline into the bloodstream, which harms the brain, liver, and kidneys in various ways.

Caffeine gives the adrenal glands a sense of a critical situation, without one actually existing. This response gives us choices when faced with stress, loss, or confrontation. In these critical situations, complex mixtures of life-saving hormones are released from the adrenal glands, mixtures that medical research and science still do not even understand. They are designed for times of need when we need to be able to think and act quickly to survive.

When we consume caffeine, we create a false alarm situation – like the child who presses the fire alarm button when there is no fire. If you consume caffeine all day, you are constantly telling your body that there is a crisis, which prompts the adrenal glands to respond throughout the day. It is possible that this causes a loss of sensitivity, and when a real crisis arises, we do not react as we should, because we have practically become resistant to the action of adrenaline. And the specific mixture of adrenaline that is triggered by a real critical situation can be highly toxic to the body because it is highly acidic and corrodes the nervous system and organs. This type of adrenaline release is not meant to be used every day, much less multiple times a day. Over time, this adrenaline mixture can damage the liver, which absorbs it to protect us.

Caffeine makes us feel good. He makes us get up and move. It gets our adrenals going, gives us that boost, gets us up and dancing to the music, ready and pumped to move, start the day and get to work. We pay for our reliance on caffeine. All that adrenal squeezing should be reserved for special situations that call for it. When a truly stressful event occurs, our body needs an immediate response. However, the reaction may be delayed or absent because our brain is used to the adrenaline rush of caffeine addiction and will have a harder time processing a situation requiring us to make a decision or advise a loved one. The brain may not respond quickly enough.

When we do make a decision, under the influence of caffeine addiction, we can make a mistake that complicates our lives. To make ourselves feel better when we don't like the outcome of that mistake, we can say to ourselves, "It was meant to be," or "This is a lesson you had to learn," or "This will help you grow." . We trust these modern spiritual clichés instead of waking up to the reality that our caffeine addiction has hindered us. How do you learn the real lesson if you can't see that a situation didn't turn out for the best because you stopped everything you were doing and said, "I have to go get coffee"? Or because at a crucial moment you said to yourself, "I can't start this until I've had my matcha tea," and as a result you missed an opportunity? When something has such a strong hold on our lives, it's no longer a matter of pleasure - it takes something away from us that we don't even suspect.

This is the long-term reason to consider cutting back on caffeine. In the shorter term, during your cleanse, you'll benefit from avoiding caffeine altogether to give your adrenals and liver a much-needed break from all the false anxiety.

Living without relying on stimulants is wonderful and helps us improve both physically and spiritually. In recent years, we have been led to believe that daily consumption of matcha tea and high-quality chocolate is healthy. In fact, daily consumption of these forms of caffeine contributes to the deterioration of our health. It gives us the same reactions that regular coffee and black tea drinkers have experienced over the decades – blood sugar imbalances, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, inexplicable sadness, depersonalization, chronic dehydration, kidney stones, long-term weight gain, premature aging of skin, adrenal fatigue and even cases of hair loss in women.

Paid studies will support the health benefits touted for high-quality chocolate and matcha tea, just as they did for black tea and coffee. These are guaranteed profits for the industries because they are addictive. They are safe bets for investors. No one can give up their caffeine addiction easily. People are more likely to blame their health on the one piece of fruit they ate during the week than on the chocolate or matcha tea they eat or drink every day. Keep this in mind if you are trying to recover from a chronic illness. Don't let caffeine be the factor holding you back.
