Why fermented foods are a troublemaker food

Fermented foods (including kombucha, sauerkraut, and coconut aminos)
Considering how popular fermented foods are, one would think that anything fermented would be good for health. But this is not so. Fermentation is not a healing technique, just a food preservation technique from the past. Let's take yogurt as an example. Yogurt is a dairy product, and all dairy products feed viruses and non-productive bacteria that are the source of so many chronic diseases. The claim that the microorganisms in yogurt are beneficial is only a hypothesis. The harm done by dairy products themselves, even if it's raw, unpasteurized yogurt, outweighs any theoretical benefits: milk proteins and lactose feed the microbes causing your symptoms. Just because you don't have symptoms right now doesn't mean you won't develop them over time, as yogurt feeds sleeping giants like Epstein-Barr virus or non-productive bacteria you don't realize are in your body. ( Non-dairy-based sour milks, such as coconut and oat yogurt, are also not a solution. As we said, fermented products have no healing properties. More on that in a moment. )
All fermented meats and meat products should be avoided at all costs. Microorganisms in animal flesh are microorganisms of death. They are part of the decomposition process – they develop or emerge to break down the corpse and feed on the rotting flesh. They are harmful to intestinal health.
Of all fermented foods, fermented vegetables and herbs such as kimchi and sauerkraut are the most beneficial because they do not contain the same microorganisms that live on decaying flesh. These microorganisms from decaying plant matter are healthier for our body, but they are still not suitable for cleansing and treatment.
It is of great importance what kind of microorganisms we take into our body. There are millions of beneficial microorganisms in each of us, and none of them are found in fermented vegetables. Therefore, although they contain nutrients, they are not enough to justify the regular intake of large portions of fermented vegetables. Every meal is extremely important for our health. It would be much better to eat some raw basil, spinach or lettuce than to fill your plate with sauerkraut or other fermented vegetables. That's because the good microbes inside you feed and thrive on herbs like basil and celery stalk juice . Green leafy vegetables such as arugula, lettuce, kale and spinach do very well for them. And also fresh, raw vegetables like cauliflower and fruits like apples. These are the beneficial microorganisms we are supposed to be trying to replace when we eat fermented foods. In fact, they are not as useful as we think and are not a preferred food for the good microorganisms in our body. The real goal is to feed the healthy microorganisms in our gut with foods that our bodies really need.
That is why amazing transformations occur in people who drink celery stalk juice , which do not happen when taking kombucha tea. There are millions of people worldwide who drink celery stalk juice and achieve results that they have not achieved through other means. They can drink kombucha tea for a month and not feel any improvement. At the same time, you can drink celery stem juice for a month and you will feel the difference in your health. Celery juice not only fights pathogens, such as over 60 strains of the Epstein-Barr virus and over 50 groups of streptococcal bacteria , which are at the root of chronic disease, but also nourishes the good bacteria, creating the healthiest gut environment.
The only reason some chronic disease sufferers feel better from consuming fermented foods is because they have eliminated problem foods from their diet at the same time. People tend to make health choices all at once, so while they're introducing fermented foods because they've heard it will help their microbiome, they're also cutting out gluten and limiting cheese, namely eliminating gluten and reducing their dairy has helped them feel better. The moment you stop consuming fatty ready-to-eat foods, you will notice positive results. However, adding fermented foods and even other similar changes at the same time will not be enough to heal you. Consuming fermented foods will not restore either gut flora or health. The real issues are much deeper, and that's what the Healing Medium's cleanses are for.
Food fermentation has been practiced for centuries. In the field of treatment, they have been used for years, and became especially popular in Western culture in the 1960s and 1970s. They have never helped our health. In recent decades, there has been a boom in chronic diseases worldwide, and fermented foods have not proven to be the solution. No one has gotten relief from a chronic illness thanks to them. It's like we're going backwards, holding on to old theories that have never helped anyone heal. We're constantly reviving forgotten ideas, giving them a new name and convincing people to try something that was never a solution to a problem. Fermented foods do not remove toxic heavy metals and viruses that cause chronic diseases.
It's as if the world of chronic disease is a swamp of misinformation. Every time you try to escape the swamp and start looking for the truth and the real answers—for example, that pathogens are behind chronic disease—something jumps out of the swamp and grabs you and tries to drag you back, telling you that the real reason you're sick is that you're eating lectins, that you're lacking collagen, that your microbiome isn't right and you need fermented foods, that it's all in your head, that you created your illness through bad thoughts, or that your body is attacking itself with an autoimmune reaction. If you don't believe the answers in this article and the books in the Healer Medium series , if you don't fight for the truth, the misinformation will continue to drag you into the swamp of wrong theories, where you will be forced to swim with everyone else and the spirits and the swamps monsters.
