Ingredients:

For the coconut cream (optional):

  • 1 can of 400ml coconut cream or full fat coconut milk chilled in the fridge overnight;
  • 2-3 tbsp. raw honey.

Method of preparation:

Place the coconut milk, water, chaga powder , cinnamon , ginger , cardamom , nutmeg, dates, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy, at least 2 minutes.

To make the coconut cream, which is optional, chill the mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. When the bowl has cooled, skim the heavy cream off the top of the kenna, leaving the coconut water.
