Aloe Grape Slushy

Aloe Grape Slushy

Take advantage of the amazing healing properties of aloe vera in this sweet fruity grape slushie. Refreshing and delicious, this cold drink also known as "skrezhina" is great for a light breakfast. If you suffer from constipation, you may find that the combination of grapes and aloe vera in this drink gives you the relief you need!

Grapes contain large amounts of powerful antioxidants known as bioflavonoids, resveratrol and anthocyanins. These phytochemicals are anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-aging and anti-cancer and provide protection against anemia, degenerative nerve diseases, heart disease, viral and fungal infections, Alzheimer's, autoimmune diseases and all forms of cancer. Grapes can also help relieve asthma, migraines, constipation, gastritis, chronic acidosis, indigestion, kidney disorders, fatigue and vision problems.

Fresh aloe leaf gel binds to toxic residues in the intestinal tract and carries them out of the colon during elimination. Aloe also reduces poisons and toxins in the intestinal tract so that they do not travel to the liver. It flushes out and reduces ammonia in the intestinal tract, which otherwise seeps into the liver as food rots due to low production of hydrochloric acid and bile.

Aloe also works wonders for assimilation, circulation and elimination. It is known to purify the blood, reduce inflammation, relieve arthritis pain, prevent kidney stones, lower high cholesterol, prevent candidiasis, increase physical endurance, promote cardiovascular health, and protect the body from oxidative stress. Aloe soothes ulcers, hemorrhoids, gastritis, diverticulitis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive disorders. Aloe provides recovery after fatigue and supports muscle function, as well as the optimal use of a number of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Its alkaline nature helps to calm acidosis and alkalize the whole organism.

Ingredients:

  • 100-150 ml. fresh aloe leaf gel;
  • 2 tsp frozen red seedless grapes;
  • a little water if needed to mix.

Method of preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
