PITAYA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Let the colors and nutrients in this smoothie inspire your morning. The pitaya contains supercharged antioxidants that make this smoothie remarkable and so powerful that Anthony William named them hyper-antioxidants. And last but not least, this recipe is a feast for the eyes.

This recipe is part of the 3:6:9 cleanses of the Healing Medium and is included in the recipes of the book "Cleansing for Health" . Other recipes from these cleanses can be found on our blog as well as in Anthony William's books .

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas or 2 tsp. frozen mango, diced;
  • 1 tsp fresh pitaya; 2 packages frozen or 2 tbsp. red pitaya powder;
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. fresh orange juice or water.

TOPPINGS:

  • 2-3 fresh strawberries, chopped;
  • 2 tbsp. fresh blueberries and/or fresh raspberries;
  • 1/4 tsp. banana cut into rings;
  • 1/4 tsp. diced mango.

Method of preparation:

Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add topping of your choice. Serve immediately.

Portion for one.
