Use this stabilizing shot in cases where:

  • you feel an acidic stomach, an acidic sensation in the throat or mouth, or an acidic sensation throughout the body;
  • your body odor is more noticeable than usual;

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 cups compactly picked fresh parsley or fresh cilantro*.

Method of preparation:

Put the parsley or cilantro through the juicer.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

* Note: Choose parsley or cilantro (not both) to make a shot of pure parsley or pure cilantro.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots.

ADVICE:

  • For this recipe, you can use any kind of parsley - Italian flat or curly.
