Try this shot when:

  • you don't trust yourself or have lost confidence in yourself;
  • you lose faith that you are a good person;
  • you feel guilty or ashamed about the fact that you are sick;
  • you experience uncertainty or loss of confidence due to a chronic illness;
  • feeling inferior or like you're not good enough;
  • you can't forgive yourself for something you think is your fault;
  • feeling guilty or ashamed of something you said and can't take back;
  • you feel guilt or shame that you have not yet been able to fulfill your dreams;
  • feeling guilty or ashamed that you are unable to help a friend or family member at this time;
  • you find it difficult to forgive someone who has hurt, upset or disappointed you;
  • you feel guilt or shame about anything - this shot can help you realize and release the emotional wounds that reinforce that feeling.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
  • 1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped spinach;
  • 1/2 to 1 orange, peeled.

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

 Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
