APPLESAUCE
• 3 min. read
Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this recipe - applesauce is one of the most effective deeply rejuvenating and revitalizing foods for liver cells, which also guarantees miraculous transformations for the entire organism. It is also sweet, tasty and easy to prepare anytime.
This recipe is part of the 3:6:9 cleanses of the Healing Medium and is included in the recipes of the book "Cleansing for Health" . Other recipes from these cleanses can be found on our blog as well as in Anthony William's books .
Apples: provide living water to help hydrate the liver, which can store water and return it to the blood in case of dehydration or dirty blood syndrome. The fruit acids in apples help cleanse the liver by dispersing toxic waste that accumulates in its storage depots. Apples expel bacteria, yeast, molds, other fungi and viruses from the intestinal tract and liver. A wonderful remedy for dissolving gallstones.
Dates: the intestinal tract accumulates mucus due to low production of hydrochloric acid and bile, and this can slow down the absorption of nutrients into the blood. Dates expel and eliminate mucus from the colon, especially that which is produced by pathogens such as bacteria and fungi. The sugars in dates nourish the liver – they are a great source of glucose for repair and regeneration, which allows the liver to optimize its more than 2,000 chemical functions.
Celery stem: its undiscovered sodium subgroups, which Anthony William calls cluster salts, protect the cell membranes of the liver and suppress the growth of viruses, bacteria and fungi. Celery restores the liver's ability to produce bile, as well as the strength and complex structure of bile, which in most people is completely imbalanced. Its cluster salts bind to free-floating poisons and toxins in the liver and wash them into the bloodstream, staying bound so that the troublemakers safely leave the kidneys or intestinal tract. Celery stalks cleanse the liver while reducing liver heat to a safe level. It is the ultimate gallbladder rehabilitation tool, over time helping to dissolve gallstones, making them small enough to cause no harm or pass through the bile duct.
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 red apples, diced;
- 1 to 4 pitted Medjool dates (optional);
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (optional);
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional).
Method of preparation:
Combine the diced red apple and other desired ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth and uniform applesauce.
Serve and enjoy immediately or squeeze some fresh lemon juice and seal in a tin or jar if you want to save it for later.
Portion for one.
ADVICE:
- If you are making this recipe to replace the apples in the 3:6:9 Cleanse, be careful how many dates you add to the applesauce, if using any. Pay attention to whether a particular snack calls for it and adjust the amount of dates you include accordingly. Helpfully, you want to make sure you leave room for water-rich foods. Too many dates can make you eat so much that you miss out on other healing cleansing foods.
