MEDICAL MEDIUM SIMPLIFIED 3:6:9 CLEANSE (PART 1)

MEDICAL MEDIUM SIMPLIFIED 3:6:9 CLEANSE (PART 1)

The Healer Medium's Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse is helpful and powerful for both beginners new to cleanses and seasoned cleanses looking to heal chronic symptoms while balancing a busy schedule.

Most people, when following a diet, often reach for the familiar food they usually eat or what they have at hand. The Simplified Cleanse plan offers more options and flexibility than the Original Cleanse, making the change smoother. It helps with high cholesterol , high blood pressure, fatty liver, arterial plaque, lymphedema, arthritis, insomnia, varicose veins, dark circles under the eyes, acid reflux , constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, dry skin, type 2 diabetes . headaches, migraines and many other chronic problems.

With fewer changes to individual meals and specifics, the Simplified Cleanse is a great option for someone who doesn't have the time or energy to focus on the details of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse—ie. someone who prefers a simpler yet diverse set of options. Although the Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse has 70% of the power of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse, the simplified version is not for amateurs. This version also requires dedication and is extremely cleansing for anyone looking to eradicate toxins and pathogens. Not to mention, if you're more likely to start and stick with it than the Original Cleanse, that's 70% more healing than you'd otherwise notice. A result like this can mean everything to your health and well-being.

BASIC CLEANING GUIDELINES

Keep these important notes in mind as you review this article:

Recipes and sample menus

You will find all the recipes mentioned here in chapter 23 of the book "Cleansing for Health" . In Chapter 22, you'll also find sample menus that describe recipe options for each meal. Coming soon to our blog , all the recipes and sample menus from Anthony William's cleanses.

Adaptations and substitutions

If for some reason you cannot eat or have access to any of the foods listed on the following pages or solid foods are a problem for you, see Chapter 21, which is about modifications. There you will also find an option to include Heavy Metal Cleansing in this protocol.

THE THREE: SIMPLIFIED CLEANSE 3:6:9 (DAY 1 TO DAY 3)

First, as with the Original Cleanse, it is important to think of the first 3 days as the last moments before removing the spare wheels from the bike. The idea is not to make drastic efforts, because that will not benefit you. Rather, it is the beginning of the cycle, and without this adjustment period, the overall result of the cleanse will be less successful.

Skipping the Troika stage is like taking a driving test without knowing how to start the car. This is a mistake that is made in many of the famous detox regimes that put our body under stress. In such a situation, the organs cannot function effectively. They will not cleanse because we have not properly prepared them for detoxification.

The beginning of the cleanse should be especially careful with the body so that poisons and pathogens can be flushed out of it at a later stage. We should not immediately give the liver too much work or overload the brain and heart. The purpose of the first 3 days is to prepare the body for cleansing.

After waking up from sleep

  • Each of these 3 days start with 500 ml. water with lemon or lime juice. (See the Lemon Water recipe for the correct ratio of lemon or lime to water. This is not about squeezing 10 lemons into a glass of water.) You can also drink 1 liter.

ADVICE:

  • If you wish, you can add 1 tsp. raw honey to lemon or lime water.

Breakfast

  • After drinking the lemon water, wait at least 15-20 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, and then enjoy at least 500 ml of celery stalk juice (see the recipe in the article "How to make celery stalk juice" ).
  • After drinking the celery stalk juice, wait another 15 to 30 minutes and then enjoy a breakfast of your choice, within the guidelines for this cleanse. Celery stem juice is a medicinal, not a caloric drink, so be sure to eat breakfast. Find more inspiration in the recipes in Chapter 23 and the original sample menus in Chapter 22 of Cleanse for Health , as well as in our blog articles.
  • If you get hungry later, eat an apple (or applesauce or ripe pears).

ADVICES:

  • If you are sensitive, drink 250 ml of celery stem juice in the morning, not 500 ml. For more information on the quantities of this juice during the Simplified 3:6:9, see the recommendations later in the article.
  • An additional option is to make an "Advanced Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie" as your morning breakfast - as long as you don't replace the apples in the morning on Day 2 and Day 3. For more information on including the Heavy Metal Detox in the 3:6 Cleanse :9 see Chapter 21 of the book Cleansing for Health .

Lunch

  • For lunch, choose a meal within the recommendations in this article or Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .

ADVICE:

  • See sample menus and recipes in Chapters 22 and 23 of Anthony William's Cleanse for Health .

Afternoon

  • If you get hungry after lunch, eat apples (or the same amount of applesauce or ripe pears) with 1-4 dates, celery stalks and cucumber slices.

ADVICES:

  • If you choose applesauce from the store, make sure it does not contain additives.
  • If you don't like dates or don't have access to them, good substitutes are a handful of mulberries (dried or fresh), raisins, grapes, or figs (dried or fresh), in that order. You can chop them or mix them with the apples.
  • Do yourself a favor by setting aside stalks of celery stalks while you're juicing in the morning.
  • If you find it difficult to chew celery, cut it into small pieces or blend it with the apples.

Dinner

  • For dinner, choose a dish within the recommendations in this article or in the sample menus and recipes in chapters 22 and 23 of Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .

After dinner

  • If you're hungry after dinner, eat an apple (or applesauce or pear) of choice.
  • One hour before going to bed, drink another 500 ml. lemon or lime water.
  • Also enjoy a cup of hibiscus, lemon balm or chaga tea before bed. Choose one of them instead of mixing them. It is not a problem to drink the tea with the lemon or lime water at the same time.

ADVICE:

  • If desired, you can add 1 tsp of raw honey to the water or tea.

Recommendations

  • Cut your usual intake of radical fats (nuts, seeds, oil, olives, coconut, avocados, animal proteins, etc.) in half and don't eat them until dinner (or eliminate them altogether). Although leguminous foods do not contain radical fats, exclude them from your menu.
  • Avoid: gluten-containing foods, dairy products, eggs, soft drinks, salt and spice mixes, pork, corn, oil (both industrially farmed and healthier options), soy, lamb, tuna, other fish and seafood gifts (you can include salmon, trout and sardines in dinner for the first 3 days), vinegar (including apple cider), caffeine (including coffee, matcha, cocoa and chocolate), grains (millet and oats are allowed), alcohol, natural/artificial flavors, fermented foods (including kombucha, sauerkraut, and coconut aminos), nutritional yeast, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, aspartame, other artificial sweeteners, formaldehyde, and preservatives.
  • Consume mainly fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables and (optionally) millets and oats.
  • For ideas, see the sample menus for the Simplified Cleanse in Chapter 22 of Anthony William's Cleanse for Health .
  • Also read Chapter 21 of the Substitutions and Adaptations book in case you can't eat any of the foods in the table.
  • Also in the book you will find out how to adjust the amount of celery stalk juice if you have a sensitivity to it.
  • Remember that baked foods slow down detoxification. If you prefer a lighter meal, steam the vegetables.
  • Eat enough to fill you up without overeating.
  • Keep your body hydrated by drinking 1 liter (approximately 4 glasses) of water daily between your morning and evening lemon or lime water.

THE SIX: SIMPLIFIED CLEANSE 3:6:9 (DAY 4 TO DAY 6)

During these 3 days in the middle of the cleanse, the liver gets a long-awaited break from having to produce large amounts of bile. Almost all people live in a mode of constant bile production due to a high-fat diet - and the need to break down that fat. This pace exhausts the liver and prevents it from performing its daily tasks of detoxifying the body. When he finally gets a break, he has the opportunity to focus on releasing the toxins that he has spent a lifetime storing deep inside. When the liver is cleansed and restored, it promotes health on all levels.

After waking up from sleep

  • Again, start each of the three days with 500 ml of water with lemon or lime juice. If desired, drink 1 liter each.

ADVICE:

  • If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey to the lemon or lime water.

Breakfast

  • After drinking the water with lemon, wait at least 15-20, Ideally 30 minutes and enjoy 750 ml of celery stem juice .
  • After drinking the celery stalk juice, wait another 15-30 minutes, then enjoy a breakfast of fruit of your choice, within the recommendations in this chapter. During the Six, breakfast should consist of fresh fruit and optional leafy greens, celery stalks and cucumber. Frozen fruit, dried mango, dried figs and dates are also allowed.
  • If you get hungry later, eat apples of your choice (applesauce or ripe pears).

ADVICES:

Lunch

  • For lunch, choose a dish within the recommendations in this article or in the sample menus and recipes in chapters 22 and 23 of Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .

Afternoon

  • If you get hungry after lunch, eat apples (or the same amount of applesauce or ripe pears), celery stalks and cucumber slices. (No dates this time.)

Dinner

  • For dinner, choose a dish within the recommendations in this article or in the sample menus and recipes in chapters 22 and 23 of Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .

ADVICE:

  • If desired, you can add 1 tsp of raw honey to the water or tea.

Recommendations

  • Breakfast: At this stage, eat only fruit until lunch or green leafy vegetables, celery stalks and cucumber. Dried mango, dried figs and dates are also allowed.
  • Do not consume any radical fats (nuts, seeds, oil, olives, coconut, avocado, cocoa, bone broth, animal proteins, etc.). Don't eat legumes either.
  • Completely exclude: eggs, dairy products, gluten-containing foods, soft drinks, salt and spice mixes, pork, corn, soy, lamb, fish and seafood, vinegar (including apple cider), caffeine (including coffee, matcha and chocolate), grains (may be millet and oats), alcohol, natural/artificial flavors, fermented foods (including kombucha, sauerkraut, and coconut aminos), nutritional yeast, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, aspartame, other artificial sweeteners, formaldehyde, and preservatives.
  • Consume only fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables and optional millets and oats.
