The truth about inflammation

The truth about inflammation

Inflammation is a term you've probably heard a lot. "You have inflammation," your doctor might say when you report joint pain, a rash, or strange aches and pains. The same can be concluded by a specialist after reviewing the results of a nuclear magnetic resonance. But inflammation is actually a "lazy term" because inflammation is only the result of a deeper problem. Inflammation is not an answer - it is an indicator that something else is going on in the body.

The two causes of inflammation

Inflammation never develops by itself and occurs for only two reasons in the human body, although hundreds of millions of unexplored chemical functions and chemical reactions take place in it. Scientific research is still in complete ignorance of this fact.

The first reason is from physical injury. Any damage to the body, whether external or internal, can lead to inflammation. Doctors are aware of this type of inflammation. But most of them are not aware of the second type of inflammation that occurs when there is an invader in the body - ie. any type of pathogen.

Injuries

If you've ever suffered a sports or exercise-related injury, you've probably developed inflammation related to that injury. This type of inflammation can also occur as a result of a dental intervention, an accidental cut, a slip on ice, a sprained ankle, or a burn.

Invaders

There are hundreds of invaders that can cause inflammation problems, including rashes, body aches, and more. For example, how someone recovers from knee replacement surgery is one example of how pathogens can create inflammation and affect the body's ability to heal itself. If the knee doesn't seem to heal or heal properly, an invader is likely causing problems. This invader and the chronic inflammation it can cause may even have been part of the cause of the initial wear and tear on the knee joint. When it comes to knee and hip replacements, the slow and lengthy recovery is often partly related to the Epstein-Barr virus .

Some medical professionals confuse inflammation with autoimmune disease, but this is a catastrophically inaccurate theory and statement. As we already know, Anthony William has repeatedly shared that our body does not attack itself and the misinformation about autoimmune diseases must be dispelled.

Types of inflammation

Some common types of inflammation are listed below.

Inflammation in the brain. Many people suffer from different varieties of brain inflammation. Nerves connected to the brain travel throughout the body, branching out into different parts of the body. Neurological inflammation can occur when these nerves become inflamed. Numerous pathogenic invaders can play a role in creating this neurological inflammation, along with other factors, such as heavy metal poisoning or monosodium glutamate (MSG) toxicity.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) , which has a number of other names—myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), chronic fatigue syndrome with immune dysfunction, and systemic exercise intolerance—is often the result of mild brain inflammation from the Epstein-Barr virus . Even very mild brain inflammation can cause a severe case of this condition.

Inflammation of the liver is often the result of pathogens that ravage this organ. An invader can cause a number of problems, including causing elevated liver enzymes. If specific lesions are seen on an MRI or CT scan, a diagnosis of hepatitis C can easily be made. Although the medical community knows that hepatitis A, B, C, and D result from viral problems, they do not know which a virus causes these problems. The cause of hepatitis C is the Epstein-Barr virus , which causes damage to the liver over a long period of time. If you have any symptom or condition at all, it means you have a strained liver.

Eye inflammation can be caused by a number of different bacteria. You can catch yeast, staph, or the flu just by touching doorknobs in public places and rubbing your eyes. Glaucoma is caused by a mutated strain of the Epstein-Barr virus that causes eye problems.

Inflammation of the small intestine and large intestine are caused by invaders that enter the intestines, devastate them and cause inflammation. For example, if you suffer from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) , you most likely have streptococcus in your body, which creates inflammation and other intestinal problems.

Conditions associated with inflammation of the colon can have a number of different causes. If you suffer from colitis , a strain of the herpes zoster virus is often the culprit. There are many varieties of undiagnosed shingles that cause numerous health problems. If you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, strep throat may also be to blame.

Inflammation can also occur if you get sick with the flu . If you're only experiencing cold-like symptoms, you might think you have a rhinovirus, but these viruses are almost non-existent anymore. You can read more about this in the article "Cold and flu tips" . The flu is a virus that now appears throughout the year. It can cause inflammation in the sinuses, chest, lungs and intestines and can lead to problems such as bronchitis, severe coughing and severely weakened adrenal glands.

Sinusitis can also occur because of streptococcus inside the lining of the sinuses. Streptococci can take root in these mucous membranes from childhood and create a constant mysterious inflammation of the sinuses.

The influence of food

Some doctors believe that certain foods, such as wheat, cause inflammation in some patients. This is not true. Gluten itself does not inflame the body, but it feeds the invaders (pathogens) that cause the inflammation.

For example, there is a tremendous amount of misinformation surrounding celiac disease. Celiac disease is not inherited. It is an inflammatory disease in which pathogens in the body feverishly feed on any gluten consumed. Feeding these pathogens can lead to many negative reactions in the body, but gluten is not directly responsible for this.

If you don't have a pathogen in your body or have one that is dormant, then you will be able to eat all the gluten you want without suffering from inflammation. Unproductive food choices can lead to other problems, such as the development of gallstones, which can lead to internal injury if the stone becomes lodged in the gallbladder duct. But any inflammation that occurs as a result of this problem would be injury-related, not pathogen-related.

The role of heavy metals

Like the foods you choose to eat, heavy metals in the system don't technically cause inflammation. However, heavy metals are preferred food for invaders in the body that cause inflammation and other problems. For this reason, it is vital that heavy metals are safely removed from the body. Inflammation tests

There are a number of inflammatory marker tests, but as Anthony William calls them, they are more of a "guessing test" because they can only reveal part of the information and don't highlight the root cause or give you answers on how to proceed:

The C-reactive protein test and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR or sed rate) test simply let doctors know that inflammation is present. Doctors can use these tests to find that you have inflammation and give you a diagnosis, but the tests cannot reveal the cause of the inflammation or provide enough answers to help you heal.

The plasma viscosity (PV) test, the IgA and IgG tests , and the antinuclear antibody (ANA) test can help reveal the inflammation in your body, but again, they won't give you an idea of the real cause. This is because the tests are not yet sufficiently advanced and because the true causes of chronic diseases are unknown to the medical community.

Blood liver enzymes and other similar tests, some of which are still being developed, also only identify inflammation.

Supportive foods and nutritional supplements

When trying to fight inflammation, the more anti-inflammatory foods you can get into your diet, the better. One of the main reasons they are anti-inflammatory is that they kill the pathogens responsible for so much inflammation.

  • Garlic helps kill pathogens and is an excellent anti-inflammatory food.
  • Figs can kill pathogens in the gut, making them an amazing anti-inflammatory option as well. If you have a lot of pathogens in your body, it is best not to eat too many figs at once because of the strong detoxification reaction you may experience.
  • Kiwifruit works in the gut to help destroy pathogens.
  • Lemons and limes have powerful anti-pathogenic properties. Squeeze these citrus fruits into water, over salads and into your favorite sauces and dressings.
  • Pears have incredibly helpful anti-inflammatory properties if you think you might have a bacteria, parasite or virus.
  • Papaya can be a particularly powerful food if you suffer from inflammatory bowel disease.
  • Apples, wild blueberries, and green leafy vegetables such as lettuce, arugula, and kale are wonderful foods that fight pathogens and therefore help reduce inflammation.
  • Peaches, plums, nectarines, melons, mangoes and cherries are aromatic anti-inflammatory recommendations.
  • Herbs including rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano kill pathogens and are anti-inflammatory.
  • Aloe vera is useful. Learn how to make aloe vera water in the video Anthony William shows how to make aloe vera shock therapy .
  • Organic nettle and lemon balm are great anti-pathogenic nutritional supplements.
  • Licorice root , another anti-inflammatory choice, is especially good at fighting herpes viruses . Using a licorice root supplement or drinking licorice root tea regularly can be a powerful step.

Foods to avoid

While eating more energizing, anti-inflammatory fruits, leafy greens, and vegetables, it's helpful to eliminate foods that cause problems while you heal:

How to move forward

The medical community uses inflammation as a blanket term, but it's important to know that inflammation isn't just caused by physical injury—it's also caused by invaders.

We hope that this article and other materials from the Healing Medium will help you gain knowledge, hope, and new faith in your body's ability to overcome inflammation and its root cause.
