Apple pie bites

These mini apple pie bites are amazing. They are a crowd pleaser and a great addition to any birthday or special occasion. But you can enjoy them anytime, even as a snack. Don't let the addition of rosemary fool you—it takes this dessert to new heights.

Apples have great anti-inflammatory properties and provide significant benefits for people suffering from autoimmune diseases such as Addison's disease, cardiomyopathy, celiac disease, lupus, and multiple sclerosis . Apples contain pectin, which is a gel-like fiber that can prevent the breakdown of proteins in the digestive tract. Pectin works like an intestinal broom, cleaning and removing waste from the colon.

Rosemary has had a reputation as a miracle worker for thousands of years. It has been used as an antiseptic, antidepressant, pain reliever, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, aphrodisiac, and expectorant. Rosemary has earned praise for relieving nervous conditions, strengthening the immune system, fighting bacterial and viral infections, aiding respiratory ailments, strengthening digestion, and improving circulation.

Walnuts are particularly beneficial for cognitive health and are commonly considered excellent “brain food.” Walnuts can also calm the nervous system and increase your sense of well-being and calmness. They are known to suppress appetite and aid in long-term weight loss. Walnuts are rich in vitamin E, which helps protect cells from free radical damage.
