Vegan eggnog

Eggnog is traditionally consumed at Christmas, but when your punch is made with healthy ingredients like nuts, dates, and spices, you can feel confident about indulging in a glass of eggnog during special events all year long! This recipe is incredibly delicious and filling, with no milk, cream, eggs, or refined sugar, making it a great choice for anyone suffering from health symptoms or conditions.
Cashews are high in protein and a rich source of B-complex vitamins and essential minerals like iron, selenium, and zinc . They are also full of anti-cancer compounds called proanthocyanidins, which have the ability to starve tumors and stop cancer cells from dividing.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 tsp. raw cashew ;
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk;
- 3-4 pitted dates;
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or alcohol-free vanilla extract;
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon ;
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves;
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg;
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom ;
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color).
Method of preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Divide into serving glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
