Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas or 2 tsp. frozen mango, diced;
- 1 tsp fresh pitaya; 2 packages frozen or 2 tbsp. red pitaya powder;
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. fresh orange juice or water.
TOPPINGS:
- 2-3 fresh strawberries, chopped;
- 2 tbsp. fresh blueberries and/or fresh raspberries;
- 1/4 tsp. banana cut into rings;
- 1/4 tsp. diced mango.
Method of preparation:
Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add topping of your choice. Serve immediately.
