Baked apple roses are like apple pie filling, but without the crispy crust – beautifully shaped into cups and served warm, straight from the oven. And the tastiest part is always the filling, right?
Apples: They are a true miracle of nature! They aid digestion by drawing out and eliminating bacteria, parasites, viruses and molds from the digestive tract. They provide a balanced alkaline environment where it is needed, help treat diverticulitis and reduce inflammation in the stomach and intestines. Apples also have powerful cleansing and healing properties for the gallbladder and liver – not only do they detoxify by gently drawing out accumulated deposits, but they also help dissolve gallstones. You can find more information about apples in the article “Apples help cleanse the intestines” .
Maple syrup : thanks to its combination of natural sugars and rich mineral composition, it quickly reaches the liver and becomes an immediate source of nutrients. It is like an intravenous infusion for the liver – it contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other valuable compounds, combined with high-quality sugars that support liver function.
Lemons: The high calcium content in lemons combines with vitamin C and together they enter the liver, where they activate a congested, stressed or fatty liver, helping to break down and release fat cells. Lemons purify the blood, improve glucose absorption and even protect the pancreas. You can learn more about lemons in the article “Lemons and Limes Cleanse the Liver”.
