Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kg small (fresh) potatoes;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 8 radishes, very thinly sliced;
- 1 tsp green peas;
- 1/4 tsp. fennel, finely chopped.
DRESSING:
- 1/4 tsp. sesame tahini ;
- 2 tbsp. water;
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice;
- 2 tbsp. fennel;
- 2 tbsp. onion;
- Salt and pepper .
Method of preparation:
Place a medium-sized saucepan on the stove with a steamer basket and add two inches of water.
Place the potatoes in the pot, cover and cook until tender, about 30-40 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, radishes, peas and dill.
Make the dressing by mixing tahini , water, lemon juice, dill, onion, salt and black pepper . Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
