Olive leaf contains oleuropein, which is considered one of its most useful substances. Compared to olive oil, olive leaves contain much higher concentrations of healthy phenolic compounds. Organic extracts of apple juice, mulberry and lemon juice have been added to Vimergy's organic olive leaf extract to supplement the range of nutrients you get for better taste.
