Liver Help juice is the perfect option for people who have digestive problems and for whom eating raw soups and salads is a challenge and creates discomfort. If you are doing the 3:6:9 Cleanse, you can consume this juice in place of the Liver Aid Salad or Liver Aid Soup .
This recipe is part of the 3:6:9 cleanses of the Healing Medium and is included in the recipes of the book "Cleansing for Health" . Other recipes from these cleanses can be found on our blog as well as in Anthony William's books .

VERSION 3
With asparagus and Brussels sprouts
- 3 medium-sized red apples;
- 1 tsp loosely picked fresh coriander;
- 2 tsp compactly collected spinach;
- 1 kg. Brussels sprouts, without the stems;
- 1/2 kg. asparagus, without the stalks;
- 1 cucumber.
Method of preparation:
Put the ingredients through a juicer. Enjoy immediately for best results. Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
An alternative is to chop all the ingredients and then blend them together in a high speed blender. Puree until smooth (do not add water), then strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
Portion for 2 people.
ADVICE:
- This is a great juice that you can make part of your regular lifestyle, whether you're doing the 3:6:9 cleanse or not. It's a great second juice after your morning celery juice or a great pick-me-up in the afternoon. If you need an alternative to apples, replace them with pears.
