Shock therapy with lemon balm

Shock therapy with lemon balm

Lemon balm stabilizes nerve cells. It enters the nerve cells, calibrates them, and restores balance after the nerve cells have been driven into a high-intensity response. Lemon balm also protects nerve cells from the corrosive adrenaline that is released during an emotional crisis - adrenaline that is actually hostile to nerve cells.

Directions for the Healer Medium's Lemon Balm Shock Therapy

  • For an adult, take 4 droppers of non-alcoholic lemon balm extract in 50 ml or more of water or juice (or directly by mouth, optionally with juice or water) every 3 hours while awake.
  • You can do this for 3 to 5 days, then switch to the dose on the individual nutritional supplement list.
  • It is good to use lemon balm shock therapy long-term to stabilize the nervous system if emotional events in your life continue. Here's how: administer the lemon balm shock therapy for 3 to 5 days, then switch to the dose listed on the individual supplement list for 3 days. You can then repeat the shock therapy protocol with lemon balm for 3 to 5 days, and so on.
  • You also have the option of reducing the dose of the lemon balm shock therapy while you stabilize your nervous system and deal with the emotional crisis.

Here are the adapted amounts for children with non-alcoholic lemon balm extract for this dietary supplement therapy:

  • 1-2 years: 12 small drops (not droppers) in juice or water every 3 hours while the child is awake;
