Real Cause: A combination of a sluggish, stagnant liver filled with toxic substances (such as mercury, aluminum, copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, arsenic, solvents, conventional detergents, conventional cleaners, air fresheners, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, scented candles, perfumes and colognes), as well as viruses (such as one of the more than 60 varieties of the Epstein-Barr virus , one of the more than 30 varieties of herpes zoster , or one of the many strains of HHV-6 ) or bacteria (such as one or more strains of the more than 50 groups of streptococcal bacteria), all of which create byproducts and other waste. When the liver is overworked to deal with these chemical, viral and bacterial wastes, the bloodstream becomes overloaded with them because one is unable to detoxify them properly, most likely due to a high-fat, high-protein diet that not helpful for the detoxification process. As a result, the central nervous system becomes slightly inflamed by the viral load and the person begins to react in the form of chemical and/or food sensitivities. (See more on the subject in our blog article “Chemical and Food Sensitivities.” )
Each person with chemical and food sensitivities is different. The list that Anthony William offers is just a starting point for some sensitive people. Fresh celery stalk juice , Celeryforce® and raw honey need to become part of your daily routine. Of the remaining herbs and supplements, take only one supplement one day, another the next, and so on, going through the full list of what you want to try over several days, rather than taking them all in one day. If you decide to try all of the additional nutritional supplements on this list, this means that you will need to do an eight-day cycle. Sensitivity is another reason to stay away from multi-ingredient supplements, which you won't find recommended here.
