Why tuna is a troublemaker food

It's no secret that tuna, like many other fish from the oceans, lakes and rivers, is high in mercury. Tuna stands out because it is well-loved and regularly consumed, especially canned - it has been a staple food for decades.

Maybe you don't eat a lot of tuna sandwiches or sushi. It's possible that generations before you in the family line someone did, and unfortunately we inherit the poisons and toxic heavy metals from the contaminated sperm and eggs of our ancestors. Today, we can no longer afford the luxury of consuming tuna if we are concerned about our health. The days of carelessly enjoying tuna salad are long gone. We have reached a point where mercury is one of our worst enemies. It accumulates rapidly in cellular tissue as it is passed from generation to generation. Mercury is responsible for many symptoms and conditions that people struggle with on a daily basis, such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), brain fog , Parkinson's disease , memory loss, bipolar disorder, and Alzheimer's. It also nurtures pathogens, such as over 60 varieties of EBV , which create diseases from thyroid disorders , chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) , Lyme disease and autoimmune diseases to skin rashes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Mercury is behind so much suffering, so we want to rid our bodies of it, not put more mercury into us.

The problem becomes even more serious when the tuna is in an aluminum can or package. When traces of mercury in fish come into contact with the can or foil of the package, a harmful interaction takes place that instantly creates a dangerous byproduct. This neuro-antagonistic toxin oxidizes and grows rapidly and breaks down in the excretion process. It is an aluminum-mercury neuroantagonistic by-product that is worse than mercury or aluminum itself, which by themselves can already be highly toxic to the liver and brain. Again, it's about traces, so you won't notice that you're getting sick right away after eating a can of tuna. In the long term, however, they can build up and lead to serious brain problems years later.

Maybe you don't like putting the tuna on a slice of bread, adding mayo and another slice on top. Maybe you're into finer dining like at a sushi restaurant. But the truth is one thing: when we cleanse, we should forget about tuna. Try to completely eliminate this fish from your menu while you are trying to heal. If you really like seafood, if it's your favorite food, choose other fish with lower mercury content, but remember that they all have some content of toxic heavy metals.
