How 3:6:9 cleanse works

Как действа прочистването 3:6:9

In this article, we will introduce you to the deep essence of cleansing and rejuvenating cells throughout the body to make your recovery and healing possible.

The Structure of the 3:6:9 Purification

Whether you choose the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse, you will begin with a three-day preparatory phase, which Anthony William calls "The Three" ( days one through three at the beginning of each cleanse ) and is an integral part of the plan. Don't skip it by starting directly with the following days, because the body needs this preparation to benefit from the other stages.

Over the next three days, as you go through the "Six" (days 4 through 6 of the cleanse plan) , the internal cleansing begins. This is when your liver and other organs open up some of the old compartments full of toxins ( old medications, petrochemicals, plastics, and toxic heavy metals ), fats, and viral waste that they have been holding onto for months or years.

And during the last three days, when you are in the "Nine" stage, the liver can relax, sending a multitude of harmful substances into the bloodstream to be removed from your body, bringing you closer to your treatment goals. This stage completes the 3:6:9 cleanse and a real change in your health occurs.

If you are looking for a longer cleanse, you can safely start over after you have completed the first 9-day cycle of the Original, Simplified, or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse. You can repeat the nine-day cleanse cycle for as long as you wish. For more guidance on this, see Chapter 13, "Repeating the 3:6:9 Cleanse," and Chapter 19, "Basic Cleanse Guidelines," in the book "Cleanse for Health." It will also answer any questions you may have about what to do if you need to stop the cleanse in the middle for any reason.

The structure of this cleanse is not arbitrary. These 3-day liver care steps, which are part of the 9-day protocol, put your body in a state of deep cleansing. If you want to learn more about the meaning of these numbers, you will find information in Anthony William's book "Help for the Liver" . You will discover how to harness the power of numbers in "The Secret of the Cleanse by Year of Birth" in Chapter 19 of the book "Cleanse for Health" .

Planning the purge

The 3:6:9 Cleanse is designed to help you from day one, regardless of your condition. If you are used to eating the standard way, don't worry, you don't have to prepare for the cleanse by cutting out problematic foods for a month or doing the Morning Cleanse or Heavy Metal Cleanse , although that would be helpful too. Regardless of your eating style, you can safely start with any of the 3:6:9 cleanse variations.

The exception is if you are overly sensitive. If you have digestive issues that make it difficult to process a variety of foods, then consider starting with a Mono-Food Cleanse. You will find a detailed explanation of this in Chapter 18 of the book “Cleanse for Health.”

If you work Monday through Friday, a good way to start your cleanse is to start on Saturday and finish the following Sunday. This will give you the first weekend to ease into your meal plan, shop for the necessary foods, and prepare them for the week ahead. Then, the second weekend will give you the time and space to focus on the most important days of your cleanse.

As you release poisons and toxins, you may feel a little tired or emotionally agitated. A cleanse is not just a physical process—it can also be a spiritual one. When you release poisons and toxins, you are parting with an older part of yourself. You are releasing the past. While these emotions can arise at any time during the cleanse, be prepared for them to occur especially during the last three days. Before you even begin your cleanse, make a plan. Choose a start date that will mean that the last three days will occur at a time when you can afford to be a little more tired or emotional—this is one of the reasons Anthony William recommends finishing the cleanse over the weekend. If your week is structured differently, or if you prefer to start on a different day for some other reason, then start your 3:6:9 cleanse whenever you want. The important thing is that this protocol finds a place in your daily routine and works for you.

If you have been eating the standard way up until now – in other words, you are used to consuming processed and fried foods or large amounts of gluten, dairy and animal proteins – and you are willing to tackle the Intensive 3:6:9 directly, keep in mind that this approach will be much more radical than if you start with the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 or any of the cleanses in the book “Cleanse for Health” . We do not want to scare you, but only to prepare you for the fact that you will release many more poisons and toxins into your blood than someone who ate cleaner before starting the Intensive 3:6:9. Your bloodstream will quickly fill with toxins from the surface layers of your organs, as well as from cells and tissues throughout your body, while someone who has been eating cleaner foods will release mostly toxins stored more deeply. The large amount of toxins eliminated suggests a little more rest during all 9 days of the Intensive Cleanse.

Adrenal gland protection

One of the best things about 3:6:9 cleanses is that they protect your adrenal glands. Unlike many other cleanses that starve you, forcing your adrenal glands to release extra adrenaline that your liver then has to “clean up,” the 3:6:9 cleanse doesn’t deplete these precious glands because it doesn’t starve you.

If you eliminate foods the wrong way—if you do a cleanse where you eliminate food without thought, attention, or understanding of how your adrenals really work—then your adrenals may react because they haven’t been warned about such a change. The reaction will be in the form of a continuous release of adrenaline, which your body will use as a substitute for blood sugar. This way, your organs stay stable and can withstand the unexpected lack of glucose from the new diet you’re trying. However, your adrenals pay the price for this. An example of this is the older versions of the keto diet and other high-fat/high-protein diets—completely eliminating carbohydrates weakened and damaged the adrenals, and then you felt tired and low on energy for months afterwards.

If you are worried about feeling hungry on the 3:6:9 cleanse, don’t worry. The 3:6:9 cleanse is designed to protect you and your adrenal glands. You don’t have to limit yourself to small portions, and each version offers options for light snacks.

Although the Original 3:6:9 diet does reduce fat intake to give your liver and pancreas a break, it does so gradually. While the Simple and Intensive 3:6:9 cleanses require you to abstain from radical fats at all times, you still have the ability to satisfy your appetite and feel full. Plus, all three plans are nutrient-dense and fill you up on a deep cellular level.

Lifelong Helpers - Original, Simple and Intensive Cleansing

As we discussed in the article "Guide to Choosing a Cleanse - Parts 1 and 2" , the decision whether to choose the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse depends on several factors, including how new you are to cleansing and your current health. If you have only a few symptoms that do not interfere with your daily life, you may choose one option. If you are plagued by multiple symptoms and illnesses and are in dire need of cleansing, healing and recovery, you may choose another option. Your schedule will likely be a factor as well. You know best what your goals are and what feels feasible to you at the moment. And remember - it is not an all or nothing approach. Whichever cleanse option you choose now, you can choose another next time. These plans will be available to you for life.
